For me, writing is always easier than speaking. When I write I have a chance to think slowly, choose my words carefully, and go back and change them (many times) if necessary. Not so with speaking. So when Matt Brough invited me to be a guest on his podcast, Spirituality for Normal People, I was a bit nervous. However, it turned out to be a great experience.
